Contact us within 30 days of delivery if a product is not right for you. We will review the order and provide the correct return or resolution instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Notify haowenjiang75@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will assess replacement or refund options promptly.

Return eligibility

• Items should be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
• For pet health and hygiene, used, chewed, contaminated, or damaged items may be ineligible unless the product arrived defective.
• Do not send a return to the supplier address or the address printed on the parcel. Wait for our written authorization and return instructions.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies after the refund is issued.
