We currently serve customers in the United States with tracked standard delivery.

Costs

• Standard Shipping: $4.99.
• Free Shipping on orders of $40 or more after discounts.
• The complete shipping charge is shown before payment.

Timing

Orders normally require 1-3 business days for processing. Current tracked standard delivery is typically estimated at 8-13 days after dispatch. Remote areas, carrier disruption, customs review, severe weather, and peak seasons can extend this estimate.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent when the carrier accepts the parcel. Early tracking may take 24-72 hours to display its first scan. Use our Track Order page or My Account to check updates.

Address changes and delays

Contact haowenjiang75@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a parcel is delayed, shows an exception, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
